How to Return Your merchandise:

You will need to send our
TheWorkShop@BridgeRacing.com department an e-mail
requesting a Return
Goods
Authorization (RGA) number.
This is will do two things: The RGA number will allow us to match your
return with your original order, and by requesting a RGA, you are stating
that you have read, and agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Costs:
Customers pay all shipping expenses for merchandise that they order. If a
customer is returning merchandise, and it has been determined that that the
merchandise being returned is due to an error made by BridgeRacing.com, then
BridgeRacing.com will gladly pay shipping costs. Only Standard rate
shipping charges will be refunded. There are several shipping agents
available. We recommend using a shipping agent that has tracking and proof
of receipt.
